Our custom accommodating orthotics are fabricated with positive molds, offering multiple base layers, midlayers, top covers, and other advanced modifications.
Extra Soft EVA provides great protection and cushion, making it ideal for patients with very sensitive feet. This is a soft and conforming foam recommended for patients with diabetes and low ambulation.
Soft EVA is our most popular base layer. The thickness of the base can be adjusted to optimize cushion and durability. This foam is suitable for most patients with active lifestyles.
Medium EVA is an accommodating orthopedic base layer comparable to cork. This is an ideal base layer for everyday wear and provides additional durability.
Firm EVA is our most supportive and durable base layer. This denser material is optimal for runners and athletes.
*Durometer, a means of identifying hardness of a material is defined as the "material's resistance to permanent indentation". Durometer can refer to both the measurement, as well as the instrument used to generate the measurement. Our orthotic materials are based on a Shore A Durometer, which is the standard measurement for orthopedic materials.
